Being coached and personal development has had a huge impact on
my life and now I’d like to pay that forward and let people experience the
power of coaching through these small groups of sensitive souls looking for more in their lives.
This is for you if;
You feel a lack of clarity around your life's direction. Perhaps you know what you don't want but have no idea of what you do want or whether that is even possible for you.
You're feeling stuck and just can't see a way for things to change, whether that be in your personal relationships, your career or your life as a whole.
You like meeting new people in a relaxed and nurturing environment.
You've ever wondered what it would be like to be coached.
You'd like to take some well needed time out of your week to connect with others and enjoy some time out in nature.
We will meet at 10am inside The Boston Tea Party in Cheswick Village. If you have trouble finding us, ask at the service counter and you will be pointed in the right direction, or give me a call and I can find you as you enter the coffee shop.
I will lead a group coaching session in which you can participate as much or as little as you feel comfortable.
You may like to bring a notepad and pen to keep note of any ah ha moments or action steps you'd like to take following the session.
The group coaching session will last about 60 minutes, and for those that would like, we will go for a walk in the nearby Stoke Park. This will be a wonderful opportunity to process our learnings, shift our energy and connect with other members of the group.

The building is on a corner and you can find parking spaces just round to the right (to the right as we look at this photo) of the building in front of, and opposite the Co-Operative food shop.
Parking is free but limited to 2 hours.
Alternatively there are plenty of spaces available on nearby side streets.
As a sensitive soul, I struggled to fit into the "normal" world,
often trapped in toxic relationships and situations where my sensitivity was used against me. I stayed hidden, finding an odd comfort in the shadows, but eventually, that comfort turned into loneliness, frustration and sadness with massive problems around self-worth and understanding what this thing called life was all about.
I realised that staying small was dimming my light, and I wasn’t living the life I deserved. Slowly, I began to break free, embracing my sensitivity as a strength rather than a weakness. Now, my mission is to help other sensitive souls do the same—step out of hiding, embrace their brilliance, and create a life that truly lights them up.
That’s why I became a coach—to guide others on their path to
self-acceptance, empowerment, and joy, so they can shine as brightly as they were meant to, so if you’d like to experience just a small slice of what being coached might look like for you, come along and join me at our next Sensitive Strength session. I look forward to meeting you.
